ROBERT'S POINT RESIDENCE 

Sarasota, Florida

Inspired by Italian villas and romantic gardens, this project seeks to activate both the interior and exterior simultaneously.  The irregular shape of the site created a design challenge that was successfully overcome by creative building and garden placement.  Major and minor axis were developed so as to create vistas that bring in the surrounding waterway and gardens, and lengthen the compact floor plan.
